The hotel is located in the vicinity of Montparnasse, Dome des Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.Rooms and bathrooms are small, and in fair condition. Furniture and decoration are simple. Some rooms are accessible via the hotel's inner courtyard. 

Well run basic budget hotel in a good location opposite the Gare de l'Est train station and 5 minutes away from the Gare du Nord and Eurostar Shuttle The Amiot Hotel is in a perfect location for a city break to visit all of Paris' attractions. It is surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants and small shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always make time to help with questions. Recommended! 

Highly recommended for anyone staying for leisure or business. Accessible to Metro Station it's only 2 mins walk. Shops and restaurants are very near. Staff are very friendly and can speak English.Rooms are tidy but the shower rooms are small but they are very clean and have good ventilation
