Find a lower price within 48 hours of making your booking and we will either refund the difference or cancel your accommodation free of charge and refund the full amount.

Obviously, this guarantee only applies to comparable offers available over the internet for the same hotel, room type, dates, payment terms and board arrangements. In addition the room must be available to book immediately and you will be required to copy and forward details of the better offer.

To provide us with adequate time to cancel your accommodation if necessary, application must be made to us at least 3 working days before the scheduled date of arrival.

Following investigation of your claim, CityCentreHotels.com will at its discretion refund you for the difference or cancel the hotel accommodation at no charge and reimburse you for the full cost.
