Exterior

White, 4-storey building in liberty architectural style, surrounded by a small garden with plenty of flowers and plants. There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny weather or to benefit from the evening breeze from the sea.

Lobby

A few steps lead to the small but very well-presented lobby. There is a nice rug on the floor and a rounded table with a big vase of flowers just in the middle of the room to welcome guests. On the right of the entrance there is the reception desk and on the left a small luminous and bright bar.

General

This is a nice property in a very good and quiet location with a professional and friendly staff. There are canal view rooms, superior, or deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms are located on the top floor with a balcony and a stunning view of both the lagoon and the sea. (CQ 04/08)
