Breakfast room is still undergoing improvements, being this hotel a recent opening. Clients will be given a voucher to enjoy a typical Italian light breakfast at the close by restaurant which presents a terrace with view right on the San Mark's basin.

Exterior

This is typical Venetian building recently restored. The hotel faces the lagoon and San Mark's basin. There is no hotel sign yet.

Lobby

Lobby is small and incomplete for the time being, there is only a reception desk.

General

This will be an excellent property in an ideal location. Official opening 18th March 05. Highly recommended for the quality of the rooms and the views. (CQ 08/06)
