The hotel is situated in the centre of town, next to the marina and the waterfront promenade.The rooms are designed in a modern scandinavian style, but with an old fashioned charm representative of the fact the building was honouring the 100 year old market house that used to stand on the same land. They are in a good condition and have nicely laid out bathrooms. 

Scandic Karlshamn is located three kilometres north of the town centre, close to the E22.Rooms are medium size and design is typical Scandinavian with lots of wooden floors and furniture. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
