Basically its a good Dublin pub with rooms over it - it's not really a hotel. Good breakfast! Gets great review. City Centre South overlooking the River, about 15 minutes walk to city centre.

Ferryman Hotel

The Ferryman hotel offers great value accommodation in Dublin City. It is situated along the banks of the river liffey approx 15 min walk to Temple Bar in Dublin City. It is a traditional Irish Pub with guestrooms upstairs and some of the best Irish Breakfasts around! The Ferryman Hotel comprises of two listed Georgian buildings full of character and restored to their original splendour. Today it offers modern hotel accommodation with well equipped bedrooms in a convenient city centre location.

Accommodation

Each of the 22 en suite rooms come complete with televisions & direct dial telephones. Being a listed building it was not possible to install an elevator, and may not be suitable for those who find climbing stairs difficult. Although most of the rooms have a double bed or two single beds, there are also a number of triple & quadruple rooms available.

With its late night bar at weekends and lively atmosphere, The Ferryman is popular with guests and local Dubliner's alike.

The Ferryman is situated on Sir John Rogerson`s Quay, overlooking the River Liffey and facing Dublin`s International Financial Services Centre. The city centre is just a fifteen minute walk away up the river`s quays.
